What we collect
The details you type into our appointment and newsletter forms — name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message — plus basic analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a stay, and send you occasional updates if you asked for them. We do not sell it.
SMS consent
If you tick the SMS box we will text you about your enquiry and booking only — confirmations, reminders and changes. Reply STOP at any time to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will action it.
