We would rather run a handful of houses well than a hundred badly. Every home on this site is one we clean, maintain and answer the phone for.
Built for longer stays
Most of our guests stay more than a week, and plenty stay a month. Desks, laundry, real kitchens and mid-stay rates are standard, not an upsell.
Direct, so it costs less
Booking with us skips a layer of platform fees. The rate you see is the rate we set, and the person you speak to can actually change it.
